Parson preached very good & effective sermon as usual. 8P.M. All boats stop as a burial service is being conducted on the NZ. This is the second death in the 2nd AEF.





The burial at sea of 121 Able Seaman (AB) Robert David Moffatt,

Naval Brigade (Australian Naval and Military Expeditionary Force),

who died of wounds sustained during the battle of Bitapaka, aged 20 years.
