Getting quite used to a sailors life, we are still anchored in a harbour off the island of Lymnos waiting patiently for instructions to take us to the front. We have been hearing things about the turks & their movements preparing us for the fray.

Transport ships lined up at anchor in Lemnos Harbour. The Aegean island of Lemnos, along with the smaller islands of Imbros and Tenedos, were lent to the Allies as a base during operations on the Gallipoli Peninsula.
