An attack on the canal several fatalities on our side many prisoners captured. This rouses us but of no use because we are told we cannot get in action until we do more training & get fit.

NO. 3 TOWER ON THE CAIRO - SUEZ ROAD.

THIS WAS THE CENTRE OF MANOEUVRES OF THE NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIAN DIVISION WHILST IN CAMP AT HELIOPOLIS IN THE EARLY MONTHS OF 1915.

A BRIGADE SIGNAL SECTION PACKHORSE, WITH THE DRIVER IN THE FOREGROUND.
